Owner Agent James Demmer is a mythical figure with NO interaction with the public he collects his Commissions from. Premiums continually go up despite age or no claims status. Deceptive policy practices has me at my last straw. Formal complaint has been filed."

"This office is an absolute gem. Used this office for all my insurance needs for the past 5 years and my experience has been phenomenal. They will go above and beyond for you. Just this week had a nightmare of an experience buying a new car. If it wasn't for both Ramiza and Mariel I would have literally lost my mind! They were absolute Angels who went above and beyond for me. Then today, on a Saturday, there was of course another issue, I called not expecting the issue to be resolved and not only did Mariel fix it, (she must have sensed the panic in my voice) she calmed me down and was very reassuring. "Decided a few years back to switch over from Allstate after 15+ years and give this office a chance. I highly recommend staying away and it was the biggest mistake ever. Lackadaisacal attittude by much of the staff. Example and this should have been a warning, when we needed to provide photos for the initial inspection, I followed precisely what was needed. All of a sudden the photos and documents they claimed could not be found in their system. After 5 weeks of back and forth they admitted it was one of their "new" employee that placed it in the wrong place. I actually received notification they were dropping me because of their error. This was one of three issues I've had with them over the few years I was with them. Now the latest is I have moved over to another company and requested cancellation. I am being told I need to provide data from my new company to them? Why? What does it matter to you if I have insurance or not, or where we moved to? Funny how Allstate and a State Farm branch here in Florida did not ask for any documentation to cancel. And BTW I had to follow up for 2 days on the requested cancellation. UPDATE: i CANCELLED THIS POLICY OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND I AM STILL RECEIVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THE OFFICE VIA EMAIL THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED: Hey Juan, The policy is in process of cancellation . The tentative review date is 10/04/2025 ~ 10/09/2025 and that can continue to get pushed out, unfortunately. You will continue to get “payment due notifications” until the cancellation processes. You can ignore the notifications. Everything is in the works. In comparison another local State Farm office, cancelled my other policy in the matter of 1 day."
